What this website collects
The forms and calculator on this website do not store what you type. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us until you tap send in WhatsApp. This website does not use accounts or log in.
What we receive when you message us
When you message or call +91 63006 95591, we receive your phone number and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, to prepare your quote and slip, and to carry out the service you ask for.
Identity documents
When you sell gold, we may need to see a photo ID and record transaction details as required for our business and by law. We ask for these in person or through the agreed process, and only for the transaction you are doing with us.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. For pledged gold, we share your loan details with your lender as needed to confirm and clear your payoff.
Third-party services
